HP announces Mini-Note battery availability

Coming a little more than a month after the notebook has been released, HP has finally taken the spare batteries in the Mini-Note 2133 purchased by itself. It appears that the 6-cell battery in the retail sale of $ 129 and available at this time. The 3-cell, even though it has been reported to be priced at $ 207 was not found on the HP Web site as of this posting. The model number 6-cell battery is 482263-001, and the 3-cell model number is 482262-001.

Hopefully, 3-cell is closer to, if not lower pricing than the 6-cell, when it becomes available website. Personally, I have a 6-cell battery, but does not always need an extra bulk-and the power that comes with it. I also would not be all that willing to pay around 200 dollars, that the smaller the battery, especially in view of the notebook itself was only $ 749. (via)
