Google jumping into GPS navigation on iPhone

If the Underwhelmed with Mr. Jobs iPhone GPS demo, like me, take heart. While the demo was great fun, it is not too practical tool, I mean if you have a GPS then you want to turn by turn navigation. Something big is around the corner, and I believe that it is Google’s fingerprints of all over it. The iPhone SDK prohibits developers will be able to produce real-time navigation application so we know there is someone to protect.
Some rumors have said Tom Tom was that someone. But it is waiting for me like they were built for their app-jailbroken iPhone, so it may be in jeopardy. I do not think that this is going to happen.
Google map application has been the phone, since day one. Google Maps is a great resource in its own right and the point-by-point directions are great. But what Google expects to move into the navigation market? They have built a phone apps, they have received KP database, they want to serve ads for those of us who are locally significant (one of asia, all the competitors can not yet). This would be a coup, so that they can jump.
I believe that we will appear in Google complete it’s mapping of the circle navigation. Anyone care to guess why the Google or Apple does not want to make public this last week? Tell us about your comments. (via)
