Guitar Hero 5 is a music video game and the fifth main entry in the Guitar Hero series. The game was developed by Neversoft and published by RedOctane and Activision. It was released in North america on September 1, 2009 and will be released internationally during the same month. Similar to the preceding title, Guitar Hero World Tour, Guitar Hero 5 is geared towards playing in a four-person band experience, including lead and bass guitar, drums, and vocals. The game is available as a standalone title, allowing players to use existing compatible instrument controllers, and as a bundle that provides these controllers.

Terminator Salvation is a third-person shooter action video game, released on May 19, 2009 to coincide with the release of the film of the same name on the same week. It is developed by the Halcyon Company’s gaming subsidiary, Halcyon Games, along with GRIN and published by Equity Games and Evolved Games. The game was released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, mobile, and iPhone OS. The game takes approximately four hours to complete and has no extra features other than the ability to change the difficulty levels. The “cutscenes” are in-game renders. All of the main information is presented through the musings of the protagonist’s squad and the radio calls they periodically make.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra is the title of a video game adaption of the film of the same name. The game takes place after the film.

Among the classes included for the various characters in The Rise of Cobra include Commando who do well at close range, Heavy Weapons who possess extraordinary shooting skills but do it best from a distance and Soldier who are a balance between the two .[3] The classic “Yo Joe!” battle cry is in the game, being used as an invulnerability power-up when the G.I. Joe character gains access to the Accelerator Armor, allowing them to be undamaged while attacking Cobra troops and vehicles.

Eidos and Warner Bros. officially announced the availability of game Batman: Arkham Asylum. Xbox 360 and 3 can turn PlayStaton first, followed later on Windows PCs. The game became available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on Friday, August 28, 2009. While his version of the new PC will appear on September 18, 2009.

Gran Turismo 5’s Q4 2009 Release Date Confirmed

Good news for Gran Turismo 5 now, as the official brochure for Gran Turismo 5 has revealed that the game has been confirmed for a 4th quarter release, perfect time before Christmas it seems.

As reported from GTPlanet, the information was revealed via the official brochure for GT5, that was handed out during last week’s GamesCom event. If you head to GTPlanet, you can read a translated copy of part of the brochure, which gives you some info on the game as well.
